- Parts & Service Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue and productivity of the service department and all staff, resulting in ranking 4th in the highest level of Customer Service for Honda Corporation in the United States. Collaborate with colleagues and outside vendors in parts and accident repair departments to improve the overall performance and profitability of the business. Strong technical knowledge acquired through yearly educational training. Extensive practical experience in vehicle servicing and repairs. Supervision of technicians and dealing with customers. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret customers’ descriptions of their vehicle problems and translate those into clear instructions for service technicians. Excellent diagnostic skills that identify service requirements and assess the workloads for technicians. Responsible for the recruitment of technicians identifying necessary skills and qualifications which will enable them to carry out the type of servicing and repairs needed. Prepare schedules, organize staff rotations and ensure that servicing and repairs are completed. Responsible for the selection of equipment & diagnostic tools, that will improve quality and productivity for the business.- Mechanic Responsibilities:Responsible for test driving of vehicles to determine the extent of damage or malfunctions. Ability to use equipment such as engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices. Review, write and process work orders and discuss work with staff.Ability and training to recondition as well as replace parts, such as pistons, bearings, gears, valves, and bushings, using engine lathes, hand-tools, and precision measuring instruments. Experience with welding small parts and familiar with machinery.

Responsible for the establishment of viable working relationships with federal, state, county, city governmental and private agencies in the ARES jurisdictional area which need the services of ARES in emergencies.Develop detailed local operational plans with the ''served" agency officials ie; police, government. in the Washtenaw County jurisdiction that is set forth precisely for what the expectations are during a disaster operation.Recruitment and utilization of ARES volunteers.Required and maintain and establish an emergency traffic plan, with Welfare traffic inclusive, utilizing the National Traffic System as one active component for traffic handling.Report regularly to the SEC (United States Securities and Exchange Commission).

German to English translations. Revenue and productivity of the parts and management departments.Coordinate with outside vendors in parts and accident repair departments for the English to German translation to improve Customer Service and profit aspects for the organization.

Responsible to meet with Directors and Lead team members for coordination of events.Coordination of lights, circuits and allocating cabling, gels, and other accessories.Requirement of knowledge of several tools, safety regulations and business ordinances. Mathematics and drafting experience.Time and situation sensitive training. Balance of walking upon scaffolding, roof tops and small perimeters.
