Leveraged Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SSRS to build a data warehouse, consolidating disparate data sources to provide a clean and functional front-end for end-user reporting needs. Organized the creation of an on-premises hyper-converged environment (Starwind vSAN), a new Veeam backup environment, and a virtual tape library. Hardened systems by migrating 40 VMs to a new environment and transferring Meditech Magic (EMR) to a cloud provider; leveraged Microsoft Azure for long-term retention of backups. Transitioned fully to Microsoft Office 365 (introducing Teams for internal communications, SharePoint for file sharing, and Exchange Online to harden against on-prem Exchange attacks); built out numerous automated processes (license allocations, title updates, etc., via PowerShell Scripts), leveraging Microsoft Entra (Cloud AD) as an intermediary for various third-party SAML integrations.
