The Regional Service Director is responsible for managing day to day activity of our field delivery personnel and ensuring customer retention and loyalty. This position works as a peer with the Area Operations Manager, ensuring field staff operate within established company/functional policies, procedures, and guidelines. The Regional Service Director develops strong, interactive relationships with the sales organization and other strategic business units. The Regional Service Director owns customer satisfaction by using transactional surveys as performance indicator. The Regional Service Director participates and leads cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization and business units. The Regional Service Director creates an environment which fosters teamwork, values diversity and which supports and respects all team and company staff members, internal and external customers, and vendors.

Pre-sales configuration support of HP and Dell Servers. Configure, assemble, and test servers before shipping to customers. LAN Administration of internal servers, desktops, laptops, printers, blackberry phones and network. Responsible for all backups, managing CA anti-virus software, Blackberry Enterprise server, file/print servers and domain servers. Trouble shooting, maintaining updates and repairs for all internal desktops, laptops, servers and PDA phones. Worked with salesmen to build servers to meet customers' needs for storage needs and servers.

Onsite repair and troubleshoot, phone support and installs for most all of the HP, Compaq, Sun, IBM, Dell line of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Storage, Tape Libraries, Blade Systems and servers. Along with data center de-installs, and reinstalls. Manage incoming calls and dispatch employees who were best fit to respond to the right type of service calls. Filing and other office duties to keep the work flow going at the office.
