About Patrick Coleman
As outdoor facilitator with over 15 years in the industry, I have a solid reputation with the organisations and individuals I have worked with. I am hardworking and capable, good in a crisis, and by nature I am level-headed and even-tempered. I get along equally well with co-workers and customers and will retain my equanimity in any situation. For three years (2021-2024) I held the position of Adventure Manager in Delphi Resort, where I had overall responsibility for the adventure department’s health and safety, recruitment, staff management, reporting, and operations. Weekly, I would liaise between company directors, members of my team, teachers, hotel guests, students, and other customers. Through this I have developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Throughout my time in Delphi, I thrived in the fast-paced working environment, honing my organisational and management skills. In 2022 and 2023 we welcomed over ten thousand children a year on school tours, the busiest years so far! Following Delphi Resort I started as supervisor in the adventure department of Westport Estate. There I was instrumental in the opening of their new Adventure Park with my responsibilities including booking engine management, scheduling, product development, health and safety inspections, training system development, etc.
