Market Sales Manager
CurrentAs part of the Business Development Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, I serve as a point of contact and liaison for the WFA home office to Branch managers and our Financial Advisors in a territory covering the Upstate NY Market from Buffalo to Albany.I work directly with our Divisional Productivity Manager, Market Leaders and Branch Managers as it relates to driving key firm initiatives and revenue generating opportunities. In particular I focus on Advisory based strategies, Liability management, Client Acquisition, and best practices coaching programs.I work to coordinate events with my markets and branches to educate our Financial Advisors on Actionable Sales Ideas and revenue opportunities. In addition I help develop sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.I work closely with various Wells Fargo Advisors sales and functional groups to develop and execute programs to achieve market penetration, service and profitability goals.As part of our Upstate NY leadership team I work closely with our Market Leader and Branch Managers to help retain and attract Financial Advisors to our firm.
