I monitored VM sever performance via vSphere 5 and increase memory/cores as needed.- Monitored daily backup reports and reported any serious issues to the customer.

- Traveled 100% to rural community hospitals and physician practices throughout the United States for an enterprise level environment of five thousand users. I would then work with the users “Doctors and Nursing staff” on the migration of their data off of old clinical computers to new clinical computers and them on how to work their new computer hardware.- Trained local I.T support on how to install e Clinical Works, Medhost, HMS and SSO in the event of a hardware failure and provided support to eCW users and other hospital I.T Technicians remotely during go lives and general support after a go live ended. This increased morale for the local I.T staff as it gave them the assurance that we were there for them and that we did not consider them just another acquisition. - Imaged/Configured and set up training room laptops to be used for eCW training physicians, nurses and other clinical staff.- Created documentation for new hires on how to install e Clinical Works.
