Maddie’s Mission is here to create awareness and opportunities for others diagnosed with Angelman syndrome and other children with special needs. We should not be limited by a label or defined by what we might or might not be able to achieve.

The Angelman Syndrome Clinic Patient Family Advisory Council will work in partnership with Children’s Mercy staff members to advocate on behalf of families for the best quality of care. The council will serve as a resource for parents or guardians to provide input on policies and procedures, enhance communication, and expand education for patients and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Delivery Executive Program/Project Management. • Planned and launched the minimal viable product (MVP) for a telecom joint venture retail launch of initial 30 brick and mortar stores. Provided strategic roadmap to ramp over 500+ stores across the US. Built the capabilities from front-office to back-office and managed services across the three traditional tiers (Finance and Accounting, Human Capital Management and Supply Chain Management and Recruitment Process Outsourcing) to assist with the hiring of nearly 8,000 store employees. Managed over 150+ resources and $20+MM in revenue.• Implementation of global IT hub for innovation that supported information technology operation with proposed economic value of $150MM. Created the implementation processes and technology for 300+ individual contributors onboarding thru training. Managed 50+ resources across shores and $8MM in revenue. • Monetized and structured an asset-based lending securitization between top communications provider and the bank. Coordinated and led client IT, Business and 3rd party software provider defining the solution strategy and assisting in overall project management activities. Implementation of the financial software to support Pre & Post-Issuance of bank deals managing 20+ resources and $5MM in revenue. • Delivery lead for $5MM Customer Relationship Management implementation. Built and led a 50+ person team successfully through the full execution of initial MVP virtual private network product – delivering ahead of schedule with minimal client attrition.

Delivery Lead Program/Project Management. • Led Business Process Risk Control Self-Assessment of top 5 US Bank. Conducted interviews with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop end-to-end business process flows and activities. Identified risks, gaps, inefficient workflows, internal control weaknesses, and other design factors while recommending process improvements/business requirements as applicable. Became Chief of Staff Solution Architect owning oversight to quality and standards of 16 resources across the Consumer Bank.• Accenture Credit Services – Loan Processing. Streamlined project initiatives, developed dashboard reports, and presented solutions that could turnaround the account through continuous collaboration with finance, operations and reporting. Led offshore to define quality assurance process for loan review procedures and reporting.• Implementation workstream lead for a 6-person team responsible for all implementation components of a top 50 banking merger including: ATM’s, Branch, Debit Card, Credit Cards, Contact Centers, Online Banking/Payments, Mortgage, and Products. Defined key performance indicators readiness assessments by consolidation of charter/project metrics to assess health of release/conversion events.• Developed and implemented a customer experience analysis tool using Microsoft Access on how to gauge, monitor, and provide improvements in key customer impact areas. Defined the data points and created an executive level presentation on the analysis and an ongoing reporting framework. This effort involved converting ~73,000 customers and 235,000 accounts into the target model and managing the impact of product enhancements which affected a roughly equal number of existing customers.
