Currently leading Diverse Communications Consulting, I help organisations of all shapes and sizes find the best communication solutions, improve their culture, and boost engagement— people are at the heart of everything, after all. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working at some world class companies, including Google, Unilever, Sanofi, and Getty Images. Along the way, I’ve picked up a thing or ten about both internal and external communications. I’ve led employee engagement, driven transformation and culture change, owned executive communications and championed diversity & inclusion— basically making work a better place for everyone. I’ve also led learning projects to help people stay ahead of the game. On the external side, I drove Google’s EMEA-wide partnership engagement, managed partnerships with Vivatech and International Women's Forum - working with some brilliant minds in the process.What really drives me is connecting (with) people. I'm an expert in engaging stakeholders, managing change, and getting cross-functional teams to work together - all crucial to moving forward together, successfully. Having lived and worked in three different countries and fluent in quite a few languages, I’ve gotten pretty good at understanding and working with different cultures. My global experience has given me a unique perspective on communication, making me even more passionate about helping organisations create messages that actually resonate, no matter where in the world they are. And if I can sprinkle in a little humour to keep things human, even better!
