CONTACT CENTRE TECHNOLOGY REPLACEMENT- Worked as a key member of a team to deliver a 100+ million dollar RFP to multiple vendors, soliciting responses for a complete contact centre upgrade across multiple sites and business groups. - Provided a senior-level evaluation of multiple vendor solutions, ensuring solution effectiveness and full coverage of business and operational requirements.- Created detailed technical specifications for multiple business groups under strict timelines, ensuring that vendor solutions would provide a seamless integration with other bank systems and applications. - Consulted with 3rd party vendors to assess effort and cost for 3rd party application upgrades used by the CIBC call centres for a fall back approach to the main replacement program.- Worked effectively to manage competing priorities of stakeholders such as QA, PM, business and operational teams, to successfully deliver business case estimates, project timeline and comprehensive list of activities for the fall back approach.CONTACT CENTRE PHONE APPLICATION RE-WRITE- Led a team of developers to deliver a complete application rewrite of a call centre agent softphone application using C# .NET, Enterprise Library and SQL. This application is used by over 2500 agents on a day to day basis.- Consulted with business and operational teams to assess application functional and non-functional requirements.- Assessed legacy application pain points and designed a solution that would solve problems experienced by call centre agents and operation technicians who use and support the application.- Collaborated closely with multiple QA teams to ensure test coverage of all business requirements and coordinated test efforts across three lines of businesses.- Supported the project management team to plan a roll-out to nine call centres, to ensure support for the roll-out, the legacy application and for the call centre as a whole.

-Implemented a vision based system, using C/WIN32, for computer aided placement of cutting dies for leather cutting machines. The system would scan a piece of leather and subsequently optimized the placement of cutting dies on the leather.

Researched and implemented (on TI C6201 DSP) a least squares adaptive filtering algorithms to remove signal interference on DSL lines.

Developed an image Run Length Encoder engine using VHDL, and used Synplify and Xilinx Design Manager synthesis tools to turn the VHDL code into binary to load onto an FPGA.

Designed a diagnostics subsystem for an ATM switch.

Designed a diagnostic sub-system for a SONET digital switch

-Developed an ODBC driver to interface proprietary data files to mainstream database applications.-Designed and wrote a search and archive tool.
