Responsible for operation of the 200,000 sq ft NFL Films facility in Mount Laurel, NJ. - Oversee execution of a full service O&M contract in addition to analysis, recommendation and management of key capital projects.- Provide preventative and emergency maintenance to the thermal plant and HVAC systems as well as workspace improvements utilizing staff of 5 FTEs.- Manage numerous subcontracts for security, fire protection, building automation, housekeeping, landscaping, etc..

Responsible for the development and delivery of energy services, including operations and maintenance services to on and off pipe customers.

Responsible for the Philadelphia steam distribution system, from plant outlets to customer meters. Currently oversee the Distribution and Metering Department. The department is a well trained team that operates and maintains the nation’s second largest steam distribution system. Provide steam distribution expertise to other Veolia units throughout North America in addition to performing system evaluations across the nation. Over 25 years of steam distribution experience.
