This project was under control of the ESF. The goal of this project was to train ICT profiles.The people who were trained, were unemployed people with a ICT background . In this context, 240 people are trained in 3 years . 87% of this ICT trained people was at work in a period of 6 months after termination of the training.Tasks :• ICT trainer for : TCP/IP, RDBMS – SQL, Windows NT and Unix• Recruitment of potential candidates for the ICT trainings• Preparation of training programs• Planning of training• Contact to VDAB and ESF• Monitoring of the ESF funding files
