In my 25 plus years in the auto glass industry I have performed many different job duties as well as managed small and large retail auto glass replacement facilities. With an eye toward creating an environment that is both productive and enjoyable to work.I have created productive and profitable retail locations for both Safelite Auto Glass and Guardian Industries retail stores. As a team leader I have maintained the highest production levels while fostering a team atmosphere.I have been able to produce impressive profit margins, excellent quality control, and seamless operations at every location I have had the pleasure of working in a leadership role.Since writing this original into I have become an Agency Operator for Budget car and Truck rental. I have taken a store that previously was losing money for the company and turned it into a very profitable store. I am thankful for the opportunity that each of the companies I have worked for and look forward to another great year.
