Raised in Annapolis and now residing back in his hometown, Patrick DeLeonibus specializes in helping clients buy and sell waterfront, water view, and water-privileged properties in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland along the Chesapeake Bay. Though he no longer lives in Old Town Alexandria, his extensive knowledge of the area continues to benefit his clients. In 2023, Patrick expanded his expertise by founding Landrift, an excavation company dedicated to providing high-quality services for residential development projects, enhancing his ability to support clients through all phases of property development.Patrick began his real estate career in 2013, recognizing a need for more innovative marketing in the Annapolis market. After honing his skills with industry leaders in D.C. and joining TTR Sotheby's International Realty in 2016, he founded The Waterfront Group in 2017 to combine his passion for waterfront living with his marketing expertise. Today, Patrick is a trusted advisor for waterfront properties, recognized as a top-producing agent by Washingtonian Magazine and TTR Sotheby's International Realty.With a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture and a Master's in Sustainable Real Estate Development from NYU, Patrick is highly qualified in all aspects of real estate and residential development. His educational background, combined with his hands-on experience through Landrift, uniquely positions him to offer comprehensive services in both real estate and excavation. He remains actively involved with his college fraternity, Kappa Alpha Order, serving as an advisor and Vice President on the Alpha Rho Alumni Corporation board. He is also a Past President of his Rotary Club in Washington, D.C. Patrick's approach to real estate revolves around the quality of relationships and vision, rather than the volume of homes sold. When he's not working, you can find him sailing in Annapolis or skydiving in Virginia.
