Patrick De Silva is the Chief Investment Partner at Pix Vine Capital (PixVC), a global Investment firm that provides early stage funding to start-up and seed companies. Patrick founded PixVC, to provide a significant bridge between Asia and global start-ups/investors, focusing initially on Israel. In a short period of time, he has built a strong expertise in Med-Tech and Mobile-Web Technologies with a portfolio of over 40 investments and two exits. It is Patrick’s vision to connect the early stage venture funding world and start-ups to Asia, enabling them to do deals based on PixVC’s infrastructure. In the past, as CEO of Rutledge Oilfield Group, he was instrumental in creating highly successful joint ventures as he expanded the company’s services to multiple continents, creating a global footprint with clients like ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP, Total and Shell. His vast experience and background as a Chartered Accountant helps him appreciate the investment process and in being a valuable help to startups.
