Primary markets include the European Union, Australia, Mexico, Japan, China, Russia, South Africa and South America. Consistent achievement of KPI performance goals and selected breakthrough initiatives through the sustained use of strategic deployment processes and tools. Ensure the proper brands and products are securely positioned in each channel to create and strengthen industry and consumer brand recognition. • Create, administer and manage market entry process for new geographies and channels. • Develop, deploy, manage and measure sales processes and programs through the use of strategic deployment tools in an effort to achieve breakthrough growth and profitability.

Managed a five state territory in the Midwest/Central region. Provided leadership and direction for distribution in all major channels of operation including wholesale, retail and builder sales. Positioned multiple brands in the market based on defined strengths in order to maintain brand integrity and consumer perception. Analyzed distributor and dealer sales performance and determined if desired market share was being realized.
