For the past three and a half years, I have been a Project Manager/Product Owner for five Fortune 500 Companies. In these positions, I have led multiple, cross functional teams on a wide range of strategic objectives. Together, these teams have achieved goals for some of the world's largest technology companies, and have done so with professionalism and accuracy. These experiences have strengthened my knowledge of what it means to be a good Leader in a ever-changing technological climate.

My time at Vanderbilt's VICTR was a rewarding experience. As an IT Project Manager, I led a team of developers and analysts in assisting medical research projects for institutions across the globe. These projects spearheaded efforts to solve some of the world most pressing topics in the healthcare industry. By facilitating VUMC's REDCap management system, it was my responsibility to provide project stakeholders with the proper resources they needed to house and analyze their data. Our team helped these institutions to adapt REDCap to their research's needs.

As a part of my MBA program, I assisted the Cleveland Clinic London in creating a Strategic Business Plan for enhancing modern technologies in their state-of-the-art hospital. I collaborated with CCL leadership on documenting the needs of their staff and patients, and gave detailed suggestions on IoT devices to be used in the future. This opportunity allowed me to interact with hospital leadership on supplying globally recognized healthcare to its patients.

For over three years, I was the sole point-of-contact for all development and programming at Great Lakes Brewing Company. In this position, I not only strengthened my technical skill as a developer, but also acted as a Product Owner that consistently interacted with stakeholders on different projects. Because I was the only individual creating these web applications, it was my responsibility to document business and technical requirements from the firm on their requests. My largest applications include the business's public facing website; an interactive intranet for employee use; and an education touchscreen application to be used by customers.
