• Provide consulting & on-boarding services to businesses interested in creating integrated, actionable Analytics & BI ecosystems.• Act as a primary technical resource in creating automated connections to cloud & on-premise data sources via API, ODBC, and automated reporting mechanisms.• Design multi-system connection strategies, creating custom connection solutions and extensive ETL flows where required.

• Develop consumer behavior presentations with an emphasis on Mobile markets, Content distribution, and promotional strategies• Build and validate statistical models using comScore, Nielsen, and similar data sources to support report conclusions• Assist Corporate Analytics team in creating & maintaining ad hoc market analysis reports

• Coordinate multi-site Virtual Private Network implementations consisting of data, internet, firewall, and phone service• Manage an array of emerging products & special projects, including Hosted Voice Service, ABN and Ethernet Value Bundles, and Private Line• Pioneer a new Business Unit within AT&T, identifying best practices and improvements to be applied to long-standing company processes• Cultivate client relationships, acting as the central point of contact for customers and internal sales, ordering, and maintenance teams• Proactively identify risk and manage customer expectations, taking steps to minimize the impact of potential pitfalls toward the success of each project
