- Full responsibility for the company’s largest business division, with over $1.5B in annual sales - Directed a worldwide team of over 500 Sales, Marketing and Product Development Specialists- Strategic development and execution of bespoke infrastructures supporting Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management throughout the America’s, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa- Developed market share by 25% and operating profit by 10%, over 3 years through the implementation of innovative marketing plans, strategically viable product and market initiatives- Diversified the market and product portfolio to reduce dependence on US domestic market, developing new markets by 10% in year one and 15% in the subsequent two years - Strengthened sales and marketing approach to produce a 45% increase in prospects through the launch of new products, strategic partnerships and region specific marketing campaigns- Seconded to resuscitate a failing America’s Sales Division, reversing the trend within 12 months and growing the business by 22%, returning $210M of revenue and $72M of operating profit- Headed up the acquisition of Gerstenberg & Shroeder from concept, leading the commercial due diligence, through to agreement, realignment and successful incorporation into SPX - Identified and recruited top-tier industry talent, and groomed management professionals for key executive positions
