I am a solutions and customer focused individual who strongly believes in the power of honest and open communication to create the best experience for all parties involved. I have multiple years of managerial experience at Zappos.com leading a diverse team to fulfill our customer needs and resolve highest point of contact escalations for both external customers and internal teams across multiple departments in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. As a project manager and leader, I kept my team and individual contributors organized and on task through a combination of one on ones, team updates and meetings, serendipitous interactions, and clear data/training organization.Previous to Zappos, I was a residential and commercial pest control technician. I always took responsibility for being the best company representative as that was a solitary job where you, as a technician, are the face of the company to the public. I was in this field for 6 years, driving over 100 miles per day, and kept a clean driving record for the entire time. My first career experience was at Fossil, starting as a customer service person and being promoted to Inventory Manager where I was responsible for annual gross sales of over 6 million in product being received, processed, and staged.I am an avid backyard gardener and love to play golf. I don’t think I’m particularly talented in either of those, but am always happy to talk or partake in some activity.
