As the CRM Manager, Patrick supervised three staff dedicated to Eaton Credit cardholder communications including solo direct marketing, in-store events and the Eaton Reward Dollars program.Patrick also developed Eaton’s first transaction-based loyalty program and created the Eaton Reward Dollars currency program and then leveraged Eaton Reward Dollars to successfully reactivate lapsed Eaton Cardholders. Redesigned the Eaton credit card statement and introduced variable statement messaging with bar-coded coupons to track program effectiveness via POS scanners.
