• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Community team, while retaining the responsibilities of Associate Level Designer• Help to coordinate and plan the weekly release strategy of new downloadable content, as well as weekly themed challenges for the greater community to participate in

• Recruited from the Disney Infinity community to work full time at Avalanche Software• Part of a team tasked with releasing weekly downloadable content for Disney Infinity, using the in-game level creator Toy Box mode; With a goal to both add content and inspire a community of creators, our team has created over of 130 levels with over 3.5 million downloads• Created story driven levels to promote different characters within the game, working with filmmakers from Walt Disney Animation, Lucasfilm, and Marvel Comics• Designed levels for marketing purposes in collaboration with partners such as Good Morning America, Apple, Disney Parks, Disney Channel, Disney Cruise Line, New York Comic Con, and Maker Studios• Worked across teams within the studio to report bugs, suggest enhancements, build prototypes, and brainstorm new features for future installments of the Disney Infinity series• Engaged the community via social media through a variety of means varying from topical screenshots to help with the game’s tools• Worked on several marketing videos, ranging from writing and narrating weekly “Tips and Tricks” short form video series to building environments for television spots and the game’s intro video• Edited and created several videos in Adobe Premiere for both internal studio and social media use• Acted as a spokesperson for the game in several capacities, being on or moderating panels at the New York Comic Con and Disney’s Toy Box Summit, speaking at the D.I.C.E. Summit, as well as working on various “Let’s Play” and live streaming events

Encouraged and trained Middle School aged athletes to develop skills, knowledge, and techniques to succeed in their given sport. Sports coached have included Soccer, Track and Field, and Wrestling.

Planned and oversaw a group of counselors to run week-long, Lego themed day camps for elementary aged students. Activities ranged from themed building to Mindstorm Robotics.

Responsible for building and assisting in resident relationships, fostering community, planning social events, as well as holding students accountable to the academic and behavioral standards of the College.
