I am a partner at Stikeman Elliott, Head of the Montréal office’s Employment & Labour Group and a member of the Montréal Office's Management Committee. Among my clients I am known for my strategic and practical advice, and for a practice style that is both effective and oriented to business priorities. More specifically, I represent clients before the Québec labour tribunals, particularly before the arbitration tribunal and the Tribunal administratif du travail. I also represent clients in the civil courts, including the Superior Court and the Quebec Court of Appeal, in connection with unjust dismissals, injunctive relief, judicial review and any other matter related to employment and labour law.I have considerable experience in workplace health and safety matters.
