I spent 12 months supporting the sourcing and hiring of the best in international development to work across DAI's project portfolio. DAI works on numerous projects and proposals across the globe, and this role ensures that data and management information is kept current along with ensuring that all referencing and vetting is done to a high standard as per DAI's policies and clients' requirements. This was a diverse role working not just within the team but across DAI Europe as a whole to ensure that the companies key resource, the employees, are hired efficiently and effectively.

This role involved the continuous loading of industrial washing and drying machinery. It then required the packing and folding of the laundry for storage or delivery. Although a monotonous job, I understood how vital this work was for the successful running of the hospital.
