RW Supply and Design is a wood flooring distributor that operates in the Midwest. My internship consisted of two phases: role shadowing and a market expansion project. In the first phase I shadowed all roles within the company to gain an understanding of the individual positions and the operation of the company. The roles ranged from warehouse manager through CEO. The second phase of the internship consisted of a market analysis expansion project. After conducting research on the company's expansion opportunities of four major metropolitan cities, I presented the findings to company leadership (CEO, CFO, VP of Sales).

In this role, I supported President Paul J. McNulty through scheduling, prospective student relations, and other projects that he needed completed.

At SB2W, I had the incredible opportunity to work with a cabin full of campers for 2 weeks at a time while developing leadership, survival, and administrative skill. I became certified in Wilderness First Aid and High Ropes Training.
