Project Coordinator
Current• Compose and catalog communication to participants throughout India and US Professional Immersion and Facilitator Trainings through email, over the phone, and on-site.• Serve as the first line of contact for participants, interested parties, and facilitators using Microsoft Outlook, phone, and face to face.• Negotiate contracts and systemize logistics with retreat centers, caterers, ground transportation, and individual attendees.• Create Excel Spreadsheets to organize and document participant info, financial and scholarship responsibilities, and accommodation/food requests.• Build online registration pages for each upcoming event to categorize data and track financial invoicing.• Utilize social media outlets to promote, interface, and engage current and potential interested parties.• Serve as personal assistant to Executive Director and Program Director.• Collaborate closely with the Directors to establish an efficient and welcoming system within the office.• Assist in strategic planning and building organizational structure for the organization as it grows internationally.• Assist in creating and developing instructional training manual for organizing GRI workshops.• Plan, coordinate, and serve as support for GRI events in the United States and India.• Foster relations with collaborative partners to deliver the GRI program.• Sustained a positive, friendly rapport with domestic and international clients.• Communicate payment structure and sensitively discussed long-term financial plans for those in financial hardship.• Assist with general clerical duties, including maintaining the database, filing system, payment processing.
