Patrick has spent his career fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in environments ranging from the board room of a large corporation to the ground floor of a tech start-up. After holding national product management roles, Patrick found his passion caring for seniors through a personal experience that led to the founding of Guided Living Senior Home Care in 2014. His home care company was built upon a client centric model where transparency, communication, care management, and service excellence are the top priorities delivered through a cutting-edge technology platform.Through Guided Living, Patrick met colleagues Bob Eisenstein and Matt Muratore, who shared his work ethic and ethos about being caregivers first, and business people second. Together, they launched Eisenstein Flaherty & Associates with the goal of helping senior care facilities deliver better care to as many residents as possible. Since 2018, they’ve consulted with over 100 facilities in Massachusetts helping them improve clinical outcomes while strengthening their bottom lines.In 2021, the Eisenstein Flaherty offerings had grown and through a corporate re-organization, EF, LLC was founded as the holding company to manage the four services lines of consulting, investment, facility management and software development.
