I love seeing employees and leadership embrace change through creative change management, training, and communications programs. Employee success keeps me engaged as a human capital leader. I enjoy designing programs where employees experience something different and impactful and take the time to let us know we’re making a difference.I always learn and try new techniques to engage employees through training and communications.
