Hired as the #2 in Merkle's newly formed Non-profit Strategic Services division, this short stint was one of the most formative of my career. Loads of responsibility with a focus on constant innovation, audience development, retention strategy, donor acquisition, database management, even caging... I assisted the Account Director on the largest partner program at the time, American Airlines. All direct response partnership programs were directed through our team.
