Patrick’s interest in real estate began at an early age. Originally from Newport Beach, California, his grandfather was a developer and his father built luxury custom homes along the Orange County coastline. He loved seeing the relationship his father had with every client and how happy they were to realize their dream at the end of each project. After receiving a Marketing degree from the University of Colorado, Patrick returned to California and began his career as a commercial real estate broker in Newport Beach, working with Fortune 500 companies, national corporations and small business owners. After much success, an opportunity arose in Hawaii and Patrick realized it was the right time and the right choice to move to Maui and expand his career path into residential real estate. Through close ties in Maui and a lot of determination, Patrick established a cutting-edge real estate team, The Villa Group.
