Current• Oversee end to end sales enablement programs across the largest ad solutions globally.• Build online and instructor led training courses to improve sales excellence as well as product adoption.• Facilitate live trainings in order to help onboard new hires, improve manager's coaching skills, and up-level sales teams effectiveness as positioning customized solutions to solve client problems.• Manage VP stakeholders in order to develop custom learning paths for their teams across the sales organization. • Execute regional and global needs and gap analysis to identify opportunities for further education across different levels of the organization.
