Achievements have shown a huge increase in student and school satisfaction. g) Construction of a refined web presence for all policy and paperwork. h) Lead on data management for the partnership. i) Liaison and alignment with other national ITT providers; influencing and persuasion to develop aligned assessment paperwork. j) Staffing, resourcing and budget setting. k) Project management- recently creating the vision, evaluation, bids,implementation and review of a new partnership database to allow faculty change to occur. l) QA mentoring support.University level responsibilities for: a) Ensuring quality in programmes across faculties (chairing validation panels & external examination boards). b) Health and Safety lead for a campus. c) Peer assessing professional development portfolios for Higher Education Academy Fellow status. d) Reporting, through Annual Evaluatory Reports, quality of the partnership. This good practice has been disseminated to the ‘National Strategies’ .*ICT skills have played a key part in ongoing work within the faculty; using them to enhance teaching and module leadership skills eg.an elective module I put together and taught, relying heavily on supporting students by developing blogs as a way of reflecting on learning.*ICT skills have also been used in development of CPD opportunities eg.co-tutored a bespoke CPD course (TDA funded) for Cumbrian schools’ ICT co-ordinators looking at developing leadership skills.
