From July 2013, following resructure, as School Engagement Manager added responsibilities include: a) Cross phase leadership & management (Early-Years, Primary & Secondary); b) London Partnerships- development of structure, relationships and influencing staff change; c) New models of Initial Teacher Education (Schools direct & Teaching School Alliances).

I oversee the Institute of Education's Schools Partnership. A large and dispersed partnership of 1500 schools and settings. I manage large teams (3 geographical areas, 30 staff) of partnership tutors (university based & distance workers) monitoring the quality of provision of student teacher placements.I hold responsibilities for: a) Capacity of numbers of.
