Reporting to the Business Development Manager: · Responsible for submission of responses to RFQs and RFPs for both social and civil infrastructure PPP Projects including Acciona's successful bids for Southeasy Stoney Trail and Windsor Essex Parkway. This included negotiation and liaising with the Design-Build Contractor, the Service Provider, the Lenders Technical Advisor, Lender's Legal Advisor, Rating Agencies and the different equity shareholders. · Was responsible for producing preliminary documents to evaluate corporate interest in upcoming projects in North America. · Financial model analysis and budgeting for bid pursuit costs on current and upcoming project pursuits.

Reporting to the Civil Manager, designed and managed land development and municipal projects in and around Kelowna, and other local areas. · Designed civil site services, managed, and inspected land development and municipal infrastructure jobs in Kelowna and the surrounding areas. · Currently working on a large private-public partnership (P3) assignment alongside a multi-discipline design team. · Completed proposals, cost estimates, tender packages and contract administration services for a vast array of public/private clients.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, designed and managed land development and municipal projects in and around Kamloops and other local areas. · Worked with municipal and federal governments on transportation planning and design for British Columbia roadways. · Evaluated and prepared Federal Business Cases for provincial infrastructure projects using Net Present Value and Sensitivity Analysis for the province of British Columbia. · Completed benefit cost analysis assessments for the Ministry of Transportation in evaluating highway safety corridors along the major highway corridors. · Undertook the role of Kamloops' representative on the health and safety committee for MMM Group. · Developed a social committee for the Kamloops office for employees to participate in after-work activities and team-building exercises.

Reporting to the head of engineering, helped provide support for large power-line distribution projects in Northern Alberta. · Assisted in design and layout of several well-pad distribution lines for on-site drilling. · Procured equipment and distribution parts for construction activities for on-site distribution lines. · Managed and maintained daily invoicing for McGregor Construction on the EnCana Foster Creek SAGD project. · Provided cost estimates and negotiated with suppliers for equipment and materials (project budgets ranged from $350,000 to $10 Million).
