I worked with the infrastructure group, leadership, and other stakeholders to provide solution architectures for the server, network, security, and disaster recovery infrastructures and implemented data governance, stewardship, and catalogs. I created the solution architecture and managed the creation of a streamlined enterprise data warehouse leveraging the latest in-memory database technology. I decreased data warehouse build times by 75% while increasing the volume of available data by over 200%. I also implemented Scrum to manage BI development, encourage a collaborative environment, deliver development goals, and improve customer service; I worked with the BI team to increase business alignment, transparency, and quality. I led the migration of the Citrix desktop infrastructure to cloud hosts, increasing reliability and enabling a work-from-home program. I implemented load balancing and failover to reduce recovery times and new backup software to improve disaster recovery.
