This implementation is a Cloud/On-Premise Hybrid solution that includes external content feeds, application integration, and mobile components.)Manages the day-to-day operations of the Symphony Collaboration platform. Responsibilities include:o Symphony platform administration o Platform maintenance and ongoing change/release management (application and server based)o End Users communications for CS Symphony implementations/releases o Level 3 platform/end user support and incident managemento Management reportingo Audit and compliance accountabilityo Project management in coordination with Business Owner, Product Management, Project Office, Engineering, and vendor staffo Chairing meetings with Business, IT and vendor (Monthly) and Operations/Engineering (Weekly) topics that include platform enhancements and maintenance, scheduling, budget, end user promotion/training, and provisioningo Managing the production readiness stream for the initial and ongoing implementations of Symphony o Developing and maintaining production implementation plans and support plans in coordination with Credit Suisse worldwide (Americas, Europe, APAC) Business, IT, GC, and Compliance resources. o Developing and maintaining Permit to Operate (PtO) requirements documents and checklists. o Developing and maintaining platform governance and operating models, and records management planso Developing and maintaining approved artifacts (build/maintenance books, run books, training materials, FAQs) created for platform operations and support for Symphony Cloud/On Premise Hybrid implementation. o Providing guidance for Symphony Engineering for implementation planning, Application/ API development framework for Symphony, and upgrades and new component testing
