• Represented ownership interests in all aspects of project life cycle including preconstruction, general contractor selection, contract negotiations, cost control, pay applications, project management and coordination with utilities and owner-direct consultants.• Consulted ownership on strategic decision-making regarding construction contracting methods, risk mitigation and project efficiency.• Responsible for creation and oversight of hard cost and soft cost budgets for varying projects types, including mixed-use core & shell and health/community center

• Responsible for all construction and development activities including model room construction, preconstruction, entitlements, architecture, purchasing agent, general contractor and all specialty contractors• In 2019 I delivered 2 hotel renovations that encompass a $30M budget and conversion of 450 guestrooms as well as 40,000 sf of public space• Worked internally with acquisitions, capital markets, interior design, asset management and brand team to ensure that developments are completed in accordance with the underwriting, design intent and brand standard.

• I spent 2 years providing the following services for a $325M, ground-up, brownfield, regional mall:- Pre-construction (30%/60%/90% CD budget review, value engineering and GMP negotiation)- Led change order review process that resulted in 2M+ in project savings- Monthly review of contractor pay applications between $1M - $14M• On-going support of construction and development teams to ensure that potential costs are captured in hard cost budget or proforma • Provide construction estimates, value engineering proposals and market analysis for regional mall redevelopment projects for properties within national REIT portfolio

· Supervise the design, construction and quality control of $7M annually of ADA compliantcurb ramps throughout Chicago for Department of Water Management restoration program· Schedule, supervise and create budgets for simultaneous street restoration projects costing$150K-$750K· Negotiate scope of work, costs and scheduling with general contractor in order to maintainbudgets and schedules· Work with project managers and subcontractors on high-rise, multi-use project to track RFIs,change orders, material deliveries and quality control
