These tools are used by Osmosoft in products developed for BT, and in engagements with BT customers and independent organisations. I was responsible for enabling an agile User Experience engagement model. I successfully positioned UX at the heart of the Osmosoft proposition introducing new approaches using user-centered design techniques and rapid prototyping.I was focused on designing, coding and delivering experiences for mobile web applications based around open standards.
