Determine the technological aspects of a solution and oversee the systems’ integration.Propose creative solutions and elaborate the business architecture

Manage a portfolio of systems, applications and web sites for Sales, Marketing, and Medical divisions. Ensuring continuity of existing local systems throughout local and global initiatives as well as finding synergies where opportunity exists. Lead new business application projects following through life cycle processes while adhering to local, federal and global laws.

Support Animal Health division with various technology initiatives from internal applications to external websites. Engage with vendors, consultants and agencies with respect to these initiatives to ensure compliance with Pfizer technology standards.

Support Animal Health divison with contact relationship management tool (CRM) and comprehensive database management. Ensure field force and management reports were processed accurately and available in a timely fashion. Set up training material and trained field force on local systems.

Support, install and customize CRM systems for customers.Training and on-site support for customers based on service level agreement.Create proof of concepts for required business needs in CRM system, develop and deploy new functionalities.
