• Started on founding Packaging team through the opening of a brand new, 300k sq. ft. plant in Chicago, IL. Contributed to production growth from150,000 bbls/year in 2014 to 500,000 in 2018. Promoted from Packaging Operator to Packaging Supervisor to lead a team through rapid and rigorous expansion. • Oversee production for global distribution; ensure all packaging aligns with unique plans for each country and production targets. Collaborate with Supply Planning, Brewing & Logistics to anticipate production plans and communicate changes or challenges. • Partner closely with senior leadership to develop, implement and champion a culture of efficiency, safety and quality. Identify and lead opportunities to minimize waste and safety risks throughout the brewery. • Onboard and train all new staff on equipment, safety and processes. Manage and troubleshoot all components of high-speed packaging equipment, including keg, can & bottle lines.

• Managed all aspects of restaurant, catering and food truck operations. Led a team of 20+ employees, including 2 managers within a fast-paced, positive environment. • Developed processes and standards for 2 capacity restaurant in downtown Chicago, including proper hiring, training, scheduling. • Created the food, liquor, and beer menu and implemented efficient inventory systems. • Oversaw technical aspects of bar, including tap line maintenance and cleanliness. Developed positive relationships with distributors and discovered a strong passion for the brewing industry.
