Graduating top of state in 2018 for Financial Services - I entered the workplace and worked at CloudWave to gather an understanding of the Enterprise sales environment. This gave me the opportunity to learn how to gather a business use case and work with a team to propose best-in-class Contact Centre / Technology Solutions. Whilst working full-time - I acquired and grew a tutoring company from a micro-business in Perth to a national operation with hundreds of tutors / clients. Growing the tutoring company (high volume + low margin) required extensive Business Process Automation (BPA) - this was achieved through the development of custom software and using IPAAS tools to integrate via API our customer database / Engagement Software / Billing & Accounts. Seeing the art of the possible and with COVID considerably impacting the Tutoring Companies ability to operate - I ventured to Upwork to verify the demand from global businesses to evolve antiquated technology ecosystems. COVID accelerated technology adoption and brought BPA into the spotlight as a "must-have" to reduce cost, improve customer experience, provide data insights / reporting etc. Fast forward several years - I am one of Upwork's Top Rated freelancers with a skilled team delivering solutions for clients globally - predominately in APAC, North America and Europe. Each team I coach for one hour as well as support at their football games on weekends managing substitutions, liaising with parents and ensuring that everyone playing on the weekend has a fun and enjoyable experience.
