My focus has shifted strongly in the direction of human resources, organizational development and psychology over the course of my career. A large percentage of my business is executive and personal growth coaching often in tandem with broader organizational consulting. Many of my other clients are career changers and young people looking to make a good career choice based on in-depth inquiry.Specialties: I have a unique combination of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, software, business, education and psychology.
