Achieved through a more focused, vigorous approach and especially through superior customer relationship building.■ Launched new products into the market successfully: #1 achieved average growth for 2 year period of 161% per annum; and 2# achieved 103% growth in 2013.■ Exceeded budgets consistently (with few exceptions) ■ Have opened an average of 3 new, good quality accounts each month for one company – in one case converting an account from a competitor product costing 75% less – this account is now 2 years old – customer service was the major differentiator.

Started out in internal sales with promotion to Sale Rep in 2007.Key Outcomes Achieved - ■ Doubled (x100%) the portfolio as sales rep, 2007 – 2011■ Pioneered the concept of cross-selling – laid the foundation as the only rep to sell every single product offered by Afcom, which led to cross-selling being introduced.■ Was the winner of awards in recognition of “conscientious and excellent service delivery.” Was named as “Salesperson of the Year – Runner Up” (2011); achieved “most new business, 2011” and was selected for the Club GP for achieving overall gross profit, 2010.
