In addition to his work with Fortune 1000 companies, Patrick has served leading Private Equity firms across their portfolio companies at the Board and C-suite levels.He began his executive search career as an Associate and Client Partner at Korn Ferry and later managed the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services practices Heidrick & Struggles and 2 boutique firms.After serving in assignments worldwide as an US Army Intelligence Officer, Patrick founded and co-managed an investment company, consulted to an intelligence agency, and worked in corporate development in the technology sector.
