In my current position I led teams of implementation consultants to guide clients in the upgrade from legacy platforms to the Cority Cloud. I work with internal teams to define upgrade strategy, build core functionality, define project workflow and deliver solutions to clients in a repeatable, but ever evolving, process. Prior to current activities I served a diverse set of roles including management of product development, product design, technology review, coding, testing and delivery of SaaS based EHS implementation projects.In my early career as a process engineer my focus was on process optimization primarily in reaction systems and polymer production. I also served as production manager responsible for daily plant operations, process development and shutdown scheduling. As a business consultant I led customers in defining areas for improvement and creating road maps for implementing software to attack these opportunities.
