Representing the Smart Systems Hub internationally and setting up connections between other innovation ecosystems and their respective players in different parts of the world.

Founding of the legal entity of the the Smart Systems Hub including all organizational tasks, the setup of company bodies, developing business and financing model, the finding & closing of private long-term funding, the proposal for leveraging private money through grant money, the search and hiring of a long term MD and the handing over to him.

"fast actuators sensors & transceivers" (fast) is a research cluster funded with 45M€ by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) within the framework program “Twenty20 – Partnership for Innovation”. The cluster is aiming for the technological and market leadership of real-time communication systems. Therefore, it covers research on basic technologies and applications in the fields of connectivity, manufacturing, traffic and health.I am involved in the administrative management and strategical advancement of the cluster and contact person in various topics in internal and external matters. This includes, e.g., concepts and processes for project monitoring, new project acquisition, inter-project exchange, participation in steering board meetings.Moreover, I was the project manager for the "fast techtransfer" project which focuses on building cluster-wide capabilities for structured innovation management and technology transfer. This involves setting up monitoring and mentoring processes, holding creativity workshops, fostering use and business case creation, business model canvassing and more beyond that. It ended in 03/2018.After that I am involved in the project "fast strategy II" and "fast accompany" as project manager at the chair.

The Vehicular Technology Conference (VTC) is the semi-annual international flagship conference of the Vehicular Technology Society within the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Involved since the proposal stage, I was responsible for financial planning, the acquisition of (and negotiation with) international industry sponsors and government institutions, PR related tasks, supporting the technical program committee, and coordination with the international personnel of the international hosting society, as well as the local organization personnel at the conference venue.
