Retained and managed specialist global consultants to conduct Environmental, Social, Health Impact Assessments for large development projects (> $1B) in several countries, including USA, Iceland, Greenland, Brazil, Suriname, and Guinea, West Africa.Collaborated with joint venture partners (foreign governments and corporate entities) to design sustainable projects and operations with exceptional EHS performance.Structured EHS and community management systems tailored to progressive phases of project development (pre-construction, construction, start-up, operations) working closely with contractors, engineers, and technical staff. Systems were structured based on proven and tested designs and risk assessment outputs.
