• Driving design of automation solutions early in the sales process for each of our fortune 1000 customers
• Provide executive level consulting and strategic advisory for our customers; often discussing OCM, DevOps, CI/CD, Testing, Agile, etc.
• Regularly maintain and update the test automation and specialty service catalog: sales material, pricing, implementation models, deliverables etc.
• Keeper of the resourcing standards by aligning training and recruiting to our industry-leading role definitions
• Continuously improve and innovated the testing standards, architectures, frameworks technologies and approaches we use in our services.
