As the primary point of contact for Extron's business operations in Switzerland, I collaborated closely with the European support team based in the Netherlands and Germany. My role involved overseeing all business aspects of Extron in Switzerland, including sales and technical support for audio, video, control, and network technologies. I reported directly to the international management teams in Europe and the USA.During my tenure, I successfully established and maintained international trade relationships with Swiss business partners, which contributed to the growth and expansion of Extron's presence in the region. As the first employee of Extron in Switzerland, I played a crucial role in building a strong foundation for the company's operations in the country.My professional focus included project management and delivering advanced AV technology training to small to medium-sized groups. I was dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their success with our products and services.

During my time as the marketing, sales, and project manager for JVC Professional, CUE Control System, TV-Tools (Digital Signage), and Miller Tripods products in Switzerland and Austria, I was responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle of these products. This included managing relationships with trade partners and end-users, as well as planning and executing product and technology-related trainings and trade shows independently.My professional focus included sales and support of broadcast products, such as monitors, cameras, streaming, and TV studio construction. Additionally, I had extensive experience in IP/CCTV surveillance, including server storage solutions, remote support, and network construction. I was also well-versed in home cinema and digital signage and had successfully executed numerous projects in these areas.Throughout my tenure, I was committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients had access to the latest technology solutions.
