Work with clients and other internal team members to develop various utilities and applications to automate business processes for Sage PFW and Sage Pro as well as Sage Abra Suite.Sage PFW/Pro ERP: -Order Import and Processing Automation Integration with customers distribution partners (CommerceHUB,GSI, iQVC, Printroom, Eastbay)Auto-Shipping Qualification, Selection (Inventory Management), and Document printing based on User specified qualifiers, removing the manual processing within Sage PFW and enabling them to increase their Order processing capacity without the need to add any additional staff members.Integration with Drop ship file imports as well as reporting back to the distribution partners with status and shipping details for thrid party website interaction and response to the end customers.-Various Data Import and Conversion applications. Order data from Distribution partners Historical transactions and supporting details for new customers to the Sage product line. Payroll and Timesheet data for integrating multiple customer systems together to reduce data duplication and increase turn around time for manual processes. EFT for insurance benefits and partners with Sage EFT for Positive Pay integration with various banking institutions throughout the US, as well as Wire Transfers for non-US companies.C#/ASP.NET Module for integration with Sage Abra's Web based Employee Self Service via Sage's SSOI (Single Sign On Interface). Ps Pay History was written to replace the standard pay history viewer for an employee, fixing several data and calculation bugs to correctly display past payment listings as well as the details of a check/direct deposit. Additionally, this module improved the speed and user experience due to caching and historical data speed access issues in several customers that made the standard module unusable when working with large historical data sets.

Work with small and medium sized businesses to identify their business process needs and customizations, and setup their Sage products to efficiently work with their processes as they move to an integrated ERP system such as Sage Abra Suite.During this time, I was responsible for Business Analysis and translating the resulting information into usable details needed for setting up and customizing their software. In addition, I was responsible for defining the best practices for these customers, and then leading training classes for the end users for working with Sage Abra Suite and bringing the software together with the policies and processes that we identified.While working as an Implementation Consultant, I also started to design and develop custom software packages that integrated into the Sage Abra and Sage PFW products to resolve any missing functionality, or to automate various processes that the standard packages were not capable of. This included applications targeted at the following areas for our customers:Employee Benefit Analysis HR Benefit Rate Manipulation and CalculationsCustomized Attendance Plan Tracking and ManagementPayroll History Analysis, Auditing and BalancingCrystal Report Automation and Customized Integration.In addition, I worked as a junior software developer with the Sage PFW product line, learning and enhancing some of Perryman & Associates' other software packages, including:Order Entry - Order Taking/Management package for Sage PFW; This package replaced the standard Order Entry process with PFW, and allowed for a more efficient layout for entering orders and accessing all of the relevant information from within one area instead of the separate modules that are part of the normal Sage PFW experience.

Responsible for coordinating User Group Seminars for clients and prospects throughout Florida. Create and implement direct mail marketing campaigns to existing client base for new product opportunities and training availability. Work to support in house sales staff for calls, meetings, and trade shows for Perryman & Associates available services and products.Code & re-design corporate web site from the ground up. Create new content to inform existing and prospective clients about Perryman & Associates products, training, and consulting opportunities.
