I co-founded Ireland's first sports & sustainability agency, aimed at helping sports organisations understand the opportunity of sustainability.Clients included Horse Racing Ireland, the Irish Football Association, Meath Local Authority, Tennis Ireland and Volleyball Ireland (to name but a few).

Used skills and sector knowledge to help build transparency and consumer understanding for ethical and sustainability-focused e-commerce retailers in the apparel/activewear/lifestyle & sports market.

Appointed as Paralympics Ireland’s (PI) first ever Commercial Director after London 2012 Paralympic Games. Helped PI double its partnership revenue en route to the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.

Commenced work with the “Paralympic Council of Ireland” in July 2010 after winning Vodafone Ireland's "World of Difference" competition. Tasked with raising awareness of Ireland’s Paralympic athletes and developing commercial revenue before the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

Worked as Senior Solicitor at Vodafone Ireland until appointment to the "Paralympic Council of Ireland" through the ‘World of Difference’ programme. Involved across scope of in-house commercial work.

One of two solicitors who headed up the “Intellectual Property and E-Commerce” unit at Standard Life (SL), responsible for all copyright, trademark, domain name & patent matters for SL.

One of the first 44 rugby players signed by the Scottish Rugby Union when the game turned professional in 1996. Captained Edinburgh Academy 1st XV and represented Edinburgh Academicals & Edinburgh. Capped at all Scotland age-group levels (including 1996 Students World Cup) until a neck injury forced retiral in 1997.
