While working as a swim instructor, I was able to make connections with my coworkers, students, and the student's parents. This experience helped improve my skills of time management, organization, and communication.• Taught children ages five to thirteen the fundamentals to swimming through a given curriculum• Communicated with parents on what skills their children need to improve on• Ensured the safety of each child in the pool• Ensured everyone was following pool rules and regulations• Assisted with weekly parties and other special events by handing out wristbands, serving food and drinks, and checking people in.
